1	Instructions: Fill out an entire row for each unique sample (at the bottom of the list). Sample Submission forms must be completely filled out, dropped off in the XRCF (BI 110) and/or uploaded to the submission folder on Google Drive. If uploaded, the filename should be the sample number in column A and your last name, in that order. Air-stable samples should be dropped off in the XRCF. Note: Samples may not be run in sequential order. Once added, do not delete any rows, if your sample is not needed put an X in column L.

2	Instrument Status: The Venture is online. Sign up to the XRCF mailing list for instrument status updates. (https://lists.caltech.edu/listinfo/xrcf) All forms have been updated. If yours doesn't say June 2020 on the bottom right please download the new one. (http://www.xrcf.caltech.edu)
3	In all publications, please acknowledge the Beckman Institute for their support of the X-Ray Crystallography Facility at Caltech and the Dow Next Generation Instrumentation Grant for all structures obtained through the XRCF.
