X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) rates are dependent on the service requested and instrument used.

*Each instrument has different startup times, which are accounted for during the billing process.
The collection time is determined from the time the collection program is started and stops when the collection program is closed. This is also used as a required log of who and when the instrument is used and it is essential that the correct information is input. Failure to do so will result in a users access being revoked. It is the responsibility of the user to be sure to close the collection program, because if it is left open other users will not be able to use the instrument.
